A recently retired great-grandfather has returned to the classroom to encourage others in his generation to experience the benefits of the internet and increase social contact with their family and friends by going online.

Northern Ireland (NI) Chest, Heart and Stroke supports people who are affected by chest, heart and stroke related illnesses; it has a number of locally based support groups. After introducing the Lisburn group to the Internet, project officer, Elaine Heath is now extending the free training courses to other Chest, Heart and Stroke groups throughout Northern Ireland.
