Training

The Hub project works with organisations to share resources and develop training programmes. This can happen through a variety of methods such as:

  • Train the trainer programmes for resources developed
  • Support in setting-up digital inclusion sessions
  • Providing workshops and seminars at events
  • Master classes in how to use the toolkits

In some areas the Hub has worked in partnership with other organisations to develop pilot sessions of the digital inclusion toolkits. This can then lead to the delivery of a digital inclusion programme supporting client needs and organisational targets.

For more information on the toolkits currently available click here.

"I was asked to give an assembly, by the Head of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, where I held my first ‘Grandparents to School’ day. As this was an area not covered in the toolkit I contacted the EOL Hub, who were only too happy to be able to offer me support and guidance, to help me construct the perfect assembly. As a result of this the assembly was fantastic, and the children responded extremely well."
